Physiotherapy
We have a hands on philosophy to physiotherapy and an evidence based approach to solving each individual condition for each patient.
We work closely with your doctor or specialist to help ensure you get the best care, timely treatment and appropriate investigations.
We are accredited by ATMS and Work Cover in providing remedial massage, trigger point therapy and Advanced Bowen Therapy.
Our Exercise Physiologists are Accredited by the Exercise and Sport Science Australia and recognised by Medicare, WorkCover + more.
Shoulder/Upper Limb Injuries
Your hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders connect you to all the tasks you need to do. Our aim is to restore function so that you can function effectively again.
Sport Injuries
Sport forms an essential part of the Australian lifestyle. Injuries can occur and we know how important it is to optimize recovery and regain function.
Work Related Injuries
Work injuries need immediate, informative and restorative treatment. We aim to help you return to work and maximize your outcome from injury.
Ankle/Foot Problems
Our grounding comes through the ankles and feet. We often take it for granted as we regularly use them but it’s important for balance, agility and motion.

Broken bones or injured joints, ligaments or tendons require experienced management to give you the best pathway to optimize your recovery.
Lymphoedema
Occurs when lymphatic vessels or nodes are damaged resulting in swelling. Management includes education, skin care, exercise, drainage and compression.
Back/Neck Pain
Are common complaints which impact on our quality of life. We can assess and treat the cause of pain, provide exercises and education to prevent recurrences.
Appointment Lengths
Physiotherapy appointments are allocated half an hour. This time is to cover assessment, treatment and documentation. Please come 15 minutes early to complete the forms on your initial appointment.
For treatment of 2 areas in one appointment, it is possible to have an hour appointment. Please ensure reception are aware of this when you are booking in. One hour appointments are at a higher cost than a standard half hour consultation.
Payments
Un-Insured
Payment in full has to be made at the end of the consultation in Cash, Debit Card or Credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Member of a Private Health Fund
With a Hicaps facility, we can charge your Health Fund directly for your allowed rebate, and then any gap must be paid in cash, debit card or credit card (as above) at the end of your consultation.
Workers Compensation
A GP referral is required for Workers Compensation. Once the appropriate forms have been completed at work, and submitted to your Employers Workers Compensation Insurer, you will receive a Claim Number. Once you have this we can charge all your treatments directly to the insurer.
Department of Veteran Affairs
Please have your current DVA card and GP referral with you, and then we will bill DVA directly.
Medicare
Only assist in financing physiotherapy services if the patient is on a Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. This is managed by your GP for Chronic conditions. Payment is made in full to us by cash, debit card or credit card. We submit your Medicare claim to Medicare, and they will deposit the rebate into the account you have registered with them.
